Shaun Thomas is an accomplished executive leader, enterprise transformation strategist, and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience leading organizational transformation, enterprise technology initiatives, human resources operations, and Agile delivery across both Fortune 500 organizations and high-growth companies. Her expertise bridges business strategy, technology, legal compliance, organizational leadership, and artificial intelligence, allowing her to help organizations navigate complex change while delivering measurable business results.

Shaun earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Jurisprudence (JM) in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University School of Law. She is currently completing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Project Management, where her doctoral research focuses on developing an enterprise framework for integrating artificial intelligence into Agile project management to improve organizational decision-making, intelligent automation, governance, and team performance.

Throughout her career, Shaun has led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving Human Resources, technology, Agile delivery, vendor management, enterprise governance, and organizational change. She is passionate about helping organizations modernize operations through practical AI adoption while maintaining strong governance, ethical leadership, and people-centered transformation.

Shaun is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). As an Enterprise SAFe Practice Consultant and trainer, she has trained and certified Agile professionals while coaching executives, leaders, and delivery teams in enterprise Agile transformation.
