Vendor Management
Over five (5) years’ experience of managing vendors including duties such as:
· Oversee procurement and vendor management as a Workday Financial SME for entire Talent Acquisition team.
· Research and conduct spend analysis for vendors and suppliers, and make recommendations to leadership
· Entered and managed all RFPs and contracts within Workday Financial
· Work with the accounting team to approve requisitions for supplier purchase orders in Workday.
· Ensured vendors were properly coded under the appropriate spend category and with the correct cost center
· Primary point of contact for all suppliers to assist and resolve any issues of non-payment.
